They are not that much reliable, but if you pay them well they deliver the job. Actually there is some rumors of Dragon Flight availiblity in Orcs land. But there is no guarntee.

In our last meeting with Our Beloved King ,He confirmed that the the plan of building the subway is in his list of Todos for the next 600 years, He promissed to start the studing the plans, as soon as the war with Orcs gets finished
